Hi, I’m Rahul Sarkar. I started Clarity Manufacturing Consulting to further my passion for helping small manufacturing companies.

Why? Data shows that most (80%) manufacturing companies fail within 25 years of their inception. The smaller manufacturing companies fail sooner. That has got to change. Having worked as a consultant, coach, and speaker at FabTech, ISM, ASM, and other forums, I have 30 years of experience working in the manufacturing trenches in nooks and crannies worldwide. You will be surprised, in a good way. I could suggest a productized cost because of the buyer’s comfort level with an actual figure’s finitude. However, without knowing anything about the inner workings of your business, how can I offer you pricing for a nicely packaged “solution-in-a-box” without being disingenuous?

I structure the prices so that the bulk of the fees get paid for results achieved. Now how is that for a guarantee? There are no contracts. You can end the relationship at any time. If I am not dealing on an ongoing basis directly with you, the business owner, and have your involvement and full support, then I cannot help.
